Course Information:

Timing: The course runs from 09:00 until 17:00 on both days

Content: This course is structured as follows:

• Outlining the methodology of Scenario Planning.  We will draw on specific Scenario projects, including those from Shell, Rabobank, NATO and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development amongst others. 
  
• How to use publicly available Scenarios
• Developing real Scenarios (mapping uncertainties, choosing the axis, selecting the scenarios, choosing headings and storylines, etc.)
• How to develop strategic options and how to turn this into strategy
  
• The different applications of Scenario Planning (strategy development, innovation, business plan evaluation, risk management and others)

Learning Outcomes:  This course will prepare you to run, be an effective member of, or design a Scenario Planning project
